We install luxury vinyl plank (LVP), carpet, and laminate, and we handle hardwood flooring installation and refinishing. Every job is completed by our own in-house crew rather than subcontracted out, which is how we keep quality consistent from room to room.
Most LVP projects run $9–$11 per square foot installed, including tear-out and preparation. Carpet generally runs $3.50-$6.00 per square foot including pad. Your exact price depends on square footage, subfloor condition, and the specific product you choose.

Sometimes. LVP and laminate can often float over an existing hard surface if it is flat, sound, and dry. Carpet always comes out first, and we will tell you honestly at the estimate whether going over the top will hold up or whether removal is the better call.
Yes. Removal, haul-away, and disposal of your old flooring and pad are handled by our crew and quoted up front, so there is nothing left in your driveway when we leave.
Clear personal items off the floor and out of closets in the work areas, take down anything fragile from nearby shelves, and plan to keep pets and small children out of the space while the crew is working. We handle everything else, including furniture and floor protection.
There is some, particularly during removal and during hardwood sanding. We use dust containment and vacuum-assisted sanding equipment, protect adjacent rooms, and clean up at the end of every day so your home stays livable throughout the project.
You can walk on new LVP, laminate, and carpet the same day the crew finishes. Newly refinished hardwood needs longer: light foot traffic after about 24 hours, and we recommend waiting several days before returning rugs and heavy furniture so the finish can fully cure.
Waterproof luxury vinyl plank is the strongest choice for below-grade spaces. It handles concrete slab moisture and temperature swings without cupping or swelling, and it stays warmer underfoot than most hard surfaces. Carpet is a good option for finished basement bedrooms and media rooms.
Luxury vinyl plank with a 20 mil wear layer is our most common recommendation for busy households. It resists scratches, is fully waterproof, and cleans up easily. Waterproof laminate is a strong second choice at a lower price point.
Low humidity pulls moisture out of solid wood, which is why gaps open between boards during winter heating season. Engineered hardwood, LVP, and laminate are all more dimensionally stable and a safer bet in Front Range homes. Running a humidifier in winter also helps protect solid wood.
If the boards are structurally sound and have enough thickness left, refinishing is almost always the better value and it restores the floor to like-new condition. Replacement makes sense when boards are cupped, water damaged, or have already been sanded down too far. We will assess this for you at the estimate.
A typical refinishing project takes three to five days from start to finish, depending on square footage, the number of coats, and drying conditions. We will give you a firm schedule up front and let you know exactly when each area will be back in use.
In most cases, no. Standard flooring installation is considered a cosmetic upgrade and does not require a building permit. Permits may come into play if the project involves structural subfloor repairs or is part of a larger renovation. We can advise you during your consultation.
For most living areas we recommend an 8 pound density pad at 7/16 inch thickness. Good padding extends the life of your carpet, adds real comfort underfoot, and improves insulation through Colorado winters. It is not the place to cut your budget.
Usually, yes. We carry a broad selection and can often find a close match for common hardwood species, plank widths, and vinyl styles. We bring samples to your home so you can compare them against your existing floor in your own lighting before you commit.
We inspect the subfloor before installing anything. If we find soft spots, water damage, or an out-of-level area, we tell you what it will take to correct it before we proceed. Installing a new floor over a bad subfloor only hides the problem, and it will come back.
Yes. Your materials carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation workmanship is guaranteed. If something is not right with the work we did, call us and we will come back out and make it right.
We do. Fast turnaround is exactly what rental turns and pre-listing refreshes need, and we are set up to work to a deadline. Ask us about scheduling multiple units or properties together.
Sweep or vacuum regularly, wipe up spills promptly, and use a cleaner made for your specific floor type. Felt pads under furniture legs and mats at exterior doors do more to protect a floor than anything else, especially with the grit that comes in off Colorado trails and sidewalks.
